Welcome to Presailor, Bogdan

Become an investor

To invest on Republic, you must understand the basics of crowdinvesting. Please read and answer the questions below.

Investing in startups is very risky. You should only invest an amount you can afford to lose completely without changing your lifestyle. Learn more

It may be difficult to transfer the securities acquired on Republic (whether Crowd SAFE, Token DPA, or other). In addition, there are federal restrictions on selling, trading, or transferring the securities for the first 12 months and potentially additional state and foreign restrictions. Some securities may not allow transfers altogether. Learn more

Crowdfunding investing is highly speculative and every investment may result in a loss. By investing small amounts across multiple deals, you can reduce your risk compared to a large investment in a single company. Learn more

You can cancel your investment up to 48 hours before the deal deadline. After that, your investment will be final, and you will not be able to get your money back. Learn more

Generally investors are limited to $2,200 per year — depending on their net-worth and income, this limit may go up to $107,000 for non-accredited investors and no limit for accredited investors — across all Title III offerings. Learn more

Do your own research. Read the documents provided by each company. Get independent legal, accounting, financial advice. If you have any questions or need more information, ask the company in the discussion section. Learn more

And three last things we need to tell you:

Promoters
The relationship of all founders, employees and paid promoters to a fundraising company should be clearly disclosed.
Securities
On Republic, most startups sell a security called the Crowd SAFE or the Token DPA.
Commission
Republic is free for investors. Companies typically pay an 8% blended fee.
